100-DAY IN-CAR TRIAL & FREE RETURNS
Install, audition, and fully experience your new audio gear. If you don’t love it, you can return it within 100 days for a full refund.

Returns must be initiated within the 100-day trial period

Domestic US return shipping is covered

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Replacement Finality & Trial Eligibility: Any order that is fulfilled via a Shipping Protection claim (e.g., reshipment due to loss, theft, or damage in transit) is considered a final resolution to make the customer 'whole.' Consequently, items received as replacements via a protection claim are ineligible for the 100-Day In-Car Trial and cannot be returned for a refund. They remain covered under our standard Warranty for defects only.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders from customers who have a history of frequent 'Lost in Transit' claims or who attempt to circumvent the 100-Day In-Car Trial via shipping protection claims.

We build products to last — and stand behind them.
All speaker upgrades and subwoofer systems come with a 4-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If your product is defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
All returns require authorization. Returns sent without approval may be rejected and not refunded.
To start a return:

Submit your request via the return portal

Receive your Return Authorization (RA)

Ship the product back within 20 days of receiving the RA
If the item is not received within this timeframe, we may refuse the return and send it back at your expense.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a full refund:

Items must be returned in original packaging

Products must be in good, resellable condition
If items are returned damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged:

A restocking fee may apply

Damaged components may be repaired/replaced at your expense

A $50 reboxing fee applies if original packaging is missing
All returned items are inspected and tested. If products are not in acceptable condition (e.g. bent tabs, damaged cones), charges may be applied.
PROCESSING TIME

Returns and refunds may take up to 15 business days to process after receiving the item
WARRANTY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If your product is defective and within the warranty period:

We will repair or replace it at no cost after inspection

You may opt for an advance replacement, charged upfront and refunded once the defective item is received and confirmed
Please note:

Items damaged due to misuse or abuse are not covered

If a product is discontinued, we may issue a refund or replace it with a newer model at our discretion
