Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase, regardless of the selected shipping method.


Shipping Methods

  • Orders may be shipped in one or multiple shipments, depending on product availability.


Backorders

  • Backordered items are typically fulfilled within 2–5 weeks.

  • If your order is delayed due to backorder, you may:

    • Contact us for a more accurate timeline

    • Cancel your order at any time for a full refund


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Return shipping is covered for US customers under the 100-day trial.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: For all claims involving 'Stolen' packages where tracking shows 'Delivered,' Bavsound reserves the right to require a formal police report before a replacement is issued. If a replacement is issued, the original order's 100-Day In-Car Trial is voided (See Refund Policy).

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for:

    • Return shipping costs

    • Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees

  • These charges are determined by your local authorities and must be paid by the customer upon delivery or import.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: For all claims involving 'Stolen' packages where tracking shows 'Delivered,' Bavsound reserves the right to require a formal police report before a replacement is issued. Duties, Taxes & Fees

  • Many countries apply import duties, VAT, or taxes on incoming goods.

  • Shipping carriers may also charge brokerage or handling fees.

  • These charges are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Delivery & Customs Handling

For certain international orders, fulfillment may be handled by Passport Global Inc.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Passport may act as your agent for customs clearance

  • They may:

    • Complete customs documentation

    • Pay duties and taxes on your behalf (if applicable)

    • Appoint customs brokers

  • Your order may be redirected to a customs broker if required


Address Restrictions

  • Some addresses, including PO Boxes, may not be eligible for shipping.


Currency & Payment

  • Prices may vary depending on the selected currency at checkout.

  • Exchange rates may affect the final amount charged.


Fraud Prevention

  • Orders may be subject to verification checks (billing/shipping address validation, payment authentication).

  • Changes to payment or address details may not be allowed after order confirmation.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

    • Shipping details are accurate

    • Compliance with local import laws

    • Payment of any duties or taxes
